Can I get an account from my local bank?
Most banks say NO to new business, small business, internet business and almost any non-retail situation. Banks usually charge much higher rates than you can get on the Internet today. Please feel free to contact your bank first, we do guarantee the lowest price.

How can I apply?
Just fill out the application. Once we receive it, you will be contacted by an underwriter. After we ship you the paperwork for your original signature, we can have your account set up in about 5 business days.

Is my application fee refundable?
Your application fee is 100% refundable in the rare case you are declined.

Is poor credit, or new business status a problem?
No. We approve almost everyone regardless of past credit. Even a bankruptcy will not necessarily prevent your approval.

What equipment do I get? Must I purchase it, or can I lease it?
Use any equipment you choose. If you have your own equipment we can reprogram it, as long as it has the AVS or Address Verification Service feature built into it. If you need equipment, software or a virtual terminal, please see equipment options.

What about leasing options?
We offer a tax deductable, lease-to-own plan for all software, terminals, and virtual terminals. The lease has a 10% buy out option at the end. All leases are for 36 (NOT 48) months. Leases my be paid off early without penalty, but must be paid in full.

What about customer service?
Customer Service is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, no charge.

What is the discount rate?
The discount rate is the percentage of each transaction that the processing company (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) charges to handle the transaction for you. We have the guaranteed lowest discount rate.

How quickly do I get paid?
After closing your daily "batch", or when all transactions have been sent to the bank for the day, you can expect your funds to be available for withdrawel about 48 hours later in most cases.
